Disable autoplay is not working. I've searched this site and tried all the fixes listed under Privacy and Security, Permissions, Autoplay. Nothing works. When I attempt to add a site manually the window is not functional, attached. Thanks for any help.

Try to enter about:config in the URL bar and set:

  • media.autoplay.default = 5
  • media.autoplay.enabled = false
  • media.autoplay.blocking_policy = 1

It should work.

Thanks for the reply. I tried that and fairly certain I got the parameters entered correctly (attached) but it didn't work???
