Why can't I now download video using the Realplayer add-on. It worked fine until about a month ago when both this and Norton Password Manager stopped working following an update. I have managed to get Norton Password Manager back, but, for Realplayer I have to revert to Google.

Sometimes when the browser is changed, it stops something like add-ons from working. Contact their support about this.
