We are sending(employees) emails with different languages(Arabic, English, German, Turkish and other). However, some of the language sentences turn to ????? in the emails when clients receive it. Attached screenshot of the same!

I have tried all of the options like changing the fonts and languages in HTML(lang attribute) and using Plain/HTML for message writing. All failed. Both before sending and after receiving emails screenshots attached. Thank you!
