Secure Connection Failed with multipart request with FireFox 36

Hi The mulipart/form-data request is breaking with upgrade to Firefox 36. Says authenticity of the recieved data couldn't be verified.
The other part of the website seems to work fine just the multipart/form-data request is failing on upload.
On server side we have a CISCO ACE load balancer ACE 4710 DM Web Version A4(2.3) which has the certificates installed.
The multipart request was working with Firefox Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:34.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/34.0.
Can you point us to the right direction as to why this is failing. The application is mission critical for us.

Hmm.. strange behavior is files that are less than 7 KB work but not more than 7 KB.
