What does that mean? What went wrong when trying to install ubuntu-restricted-extras (32-bit Ubuntu) or flashplugin-installer (64-bit Ubuntu) from the Ubuntu Software Center?

Have you tried the installing via the Firefox plug-in finder? How about the manual method?
