Hi Graemeclough, It may be that the email page you are using has been tampered with in the cache, however this is a Thunderbird question, not a Firefox question. Send and manage email

After updating firefox all buttons have gone originally only send later was there but has gone now Regards Graeme

Hey Graemeclough, Are you looking at the email in a private window? The Firefox button will be purple if you are. Certain elements do not load in private windows. From what I gather from my gmail it is javascript.

  • Check the permissions for the domain in the current tab in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"
  • Check that images are enabled: Tools > Options > Content: [X] Load images automatically
  • Check the exceptions in "Tools > Options > Content: Load Images > Exceptions"
