This "started" (well not started, just realized something is wrong) about more than a year ago, when youtube decide not to support the old browsers. First i belived the sites are wrong, but now too many sites thinks that i have old version browser, even your addons site too.

Hello ,

the cause of this issue is a bad so called useragent string.

Please reset the UA string the following way:

  1. Enter about:config in Firefox and press the Enter key.
  2. Confirm the upcoming warning by clicking I'll be careful, I promise.
  3. Filter the list for general.useragent.
  4. Repeat the following step for every bold line that you find:
  • Right-click the bold line and select Reset.

Now the websites should recognize your version again.

FYI: That user agent corruption is in your case caused by the MegaUpload toolbar.

You can see by the user agent (2.0.0.5;MEGAUPLOAD) that it must have happened in the time that you used Firefox 2.0.0.5 (2007071317) and that is quite a few years ago. If you do not reset preferences added by an extension after removing an extension then you will still have those preferences active in prefs.js and some like this one can have effect years later. If you have such an old profile then maybe it is time to create a new profile to get rid of all leftovers from such old versions.
