My fiancee had the same problem with her laptop. Try making sure your time/date are set correctly. Other than that, I'm not sure. It worked for her, hope it works for you! :)

My fiancee had the same problem with her laptop. Try making sure your time/date are set correctly. Other than that, I'm not sure. It worked for her, hope it works for you! :)
