Print Header and Footer no longer works even when box is checked in printer options
Using Mozilla as my browser, I print from my Lenovo laptop to my HP Office Jet 8025e printer. The headers and footers have disappeared. The "print Header/Footer" is checked in the printer settings, but they do NOT print. This change has occurred during the last couple of weeks, perhaps as the result of an update. It seems that checking or unchecking that box makes no difference now. Same result regards...no Headers or Footers. Please advise.

So are you not getting the page title etc. at the top and page number at the bottom etc.?
Yes, that is correct. I am not getting the page title etc. at the top and page number at the bottom etc.
Do they appear in the print preview for you, and only don't print — or you can't see them in the preview right away, no matter the option selected?
I can't see them in the preview right away, no matter the option selected.
Can you try restarting into Troubleshoot Mode (from Help menu) and try there for comparison?
If you're familiar with Profiles functionality and are willing to create a testing one, to try from a clean slate, if in that fresh profile the same issue persists too?
In Troubleshoot Mode, I still I can't see page title etc. at the top and page number at the bottom etc. in the preview, no matter the option selected.
I did create a new profile and printed a page. The page title etc. displayed at the top and page number at the bottom etc. in the preview, when the print header/footer option was selected And printed properly when I printed the page to my printer. When I unchecked the box, they disappeared from the page.
… and when you checked it back, they went back as expected, right? So the clean profile behaves as expected?
I don't have any useful tips then save for trying to look in the original profile internals to see if any of the print.print prefs don't look what they should — perhaps by comparing the Configuration Editor for Firefox results for these between the two profiles.
The fastest might be to "Refresh" the main profile Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings however that will reset some of your current customizations; see if it's worth it.

This may be a Firefox print-setting issue rather than the HP printer itself. In the print preview, expand More settings and make sure Print headers and footers is enabled.
If it is enabled but still doesn't print, check Firefox's printer-specific settings in about:config, since those can override the general header/footer preferences.
Also check the page margins and printable area, as headers or footers positioned outside the printer's printable area can effectively disappear.
Thank you for your response.
I refreshed Firefox and it cleared my header/footer display problem.
