Les emails que j'envoie arrivent comme spam chez les destinataires. Il s'agit de destinataires avec qui j'ai des contacts quotidiens depuis plusieurs mois et c'est la première fois que cela fait ça. Mon adresse mail est en gmail.com

If there are error messages, it may help to see the full text in English. Can you send messages to yourself? Did you add an antivirus or other product that may be adding an advertisement to the signature? Something seems to have changed and the challenge is in locating it.
