
Legitimate emails going into Spam folder.
I am currently running Thunderbird version 140.0.4 [aarch64] on Windows 11 and no matter what I try I cannot stop emails from ebay@ebay.com from going into the spam folder. I have entered the address in all the address books, marked emails as not junk, and also set up a message rule/filter but to no avail. This is very annoying, can anyone suggest what I can try next ?

I suggest creating a filter to force it to the desired destination.
