Can I link my new tab page to a URL?
What I want to happen is that I want to open a new tab, and instead of the Firefox new tab I want to automatically go to my desired website. I know that there is an add-on for this on Google Chrome and on Opera, but I can't seem to find anything on the Mozilla Firefox add-on page. Is there an add-on for this or do I just have to deal with the defaults?

I am using Firefox 52.0
Hi. no idea what this will work on for lower versions below 57+ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/new-tab-override/
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/new-tab-override/versions/
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
No, I go to the extensions and it says that it needs Firefox 58+
