I am using the latest Macbook software, unsure what its called but my macbook is less than a year old. When in firefox, or chrome (have now deleted) on the webpage some words are doubled and underlined, when i hover over them they bring up advertisements etc. I have mac book keeper, and it says all problems have been resolved, but its still there. It happens on any web page that i search. Its really frustrating! Please give me instructions for a macbook as to how i can resolve this issue please :)

No, you're actually 3 Firefox versions behind, which exposes your system to security vulnerabilities.

Your version of Flash Player ("Shockwave Flash") is also outdated. See below for the offline installer without bundled third-party software.

Underlined words are a form of advertisement and it's not unusual to see them on a few sites you visit. You can get rid of them by installing the Adblock Plus add-on.

If you get suspicious ads on all or most sites you visit however, then your system is infested with malware.

Do you mean MacKeeper?

Antivirus for Mac Included

We offer a leading Mac OS engine antivirus in case you need extra security, for example, when you work with Windows emulators such as Parallels or VMWare.

If that thing can't defend against native Mac malware, then I'm not impressed. The "Update Tracker" feature is also woefully ineffective if it couldn't detect your outdated software. In any case, you can contact them for support.
