  3. I tried the Firefox sync option so I can restore my stuff
  4. And it's asked me for a username & password, So I used my username and password but I stopped when it asked me for a recovery key that I don't have so I create a new one.

Sorry, when you create a new Sync Key your data is erased from the Sync server and there are no backups made to the Sync server.
