I downloaded firefox 11.0 I amtrying to import favorites from IE. Directions say to select file and choose import. The problem is there is no " import" selection on my file drop down. Please advise
unable to import favorites from IE. While selecting "files" on firefox, the dropdown menu offers no "import" selection as the shown in the help section

It seems we may need to update the instructions. Sorry about that (would you mid posting where you were reading this at).
Go ahead and open Firefox, then Press Shift, Control and B all at the same time. You should see the organize bookmarks window open. you should see Import and Backup near the top. Click that, then "Import Data From another Browser". It should bring up the Import Wizard.
