Before the last update of Firefox I could print recipes. Also, today, I could not print a copy of an order to Sears. I get error code 20 and then a statement that an error occured with the printer. My printer works fine with other programs. It is a HP J4550. I have looked at trouble shooting info. No help. Thanks

That is an HP error code, related to "insufficient memory" from what I have been able to find out - Firefox uses 3 digit error codes.

See HP support for help with that issue.

I am confused. I get this error 20 on fox-but if I open IE I can print with no problem. SOOOO how can this be an HP error? I really don't want to use IE but I will when I want to print unless you can help me!!!!

Negative! I got same error code using BOTH an HP & Cannon printer. No problems with either, using IE or GOOGLE.
