My current Firefox is 3.6.10. I want to upgrade to 4.0. Won't let me: "Operation can't be completed because you don't have permission to access some of the items." Offers no options or advice. What do I do? More info: Before 4.0 became available, whenever I've been prompted to download Firefox updates after 3.6.10, I would click 'okay' and the dialog box would just sit there and spin until I gave up and clicked the red go-away button. I was hoping the the 4.0 upgrade invite would work better. At least I was able to download it; I have the icon on my desktop, but when I drag it over my current application I get: "Operation can't be completed because you don't have permission to access some of the items." It offers no options or advice. What do I do?

Thanks, Cor-el. So I just go to my applications folder and drag the Firefox app icon to the trash? All my goodies will be safe? Then I drag the new Firefox icon into the Apps folder? I'll give it a try. Regards!
