Yes, I have latest McAfee Site Advisor installed which works fine with Firefox4. Download Link: www.siteadvisor.com

By default in Firefox4 add-on bar is turned off, if that is the case for you as well then after installation of Site Advisor you need to enable add-on bar manually from Firefox menu by navigating to: View->Toolbars-Add-on-bar
