Firefox 4 appearance hasn't changed from 3.6.15

I upgraded from FF 3.6.15 to FF 4. It says it's "up to date", but it's exactly the same (except many of my addons not working, which was to be expected). Tabs are in the same place, there's no new button to consolidate the menu bar, there's no new nothing! I've tried upgrading 5 times now, with the same result (even restarted the computer each time). I use WinXP, sp3.
