I have a lot of bookmarks, and I used to organize them by creating folders and dropping bookmarks into the folders. Now I am no longer able to organize them. When I click on Bookmarks, then Organize, the pop-up box is empty. I cannot organize my bookmarks. I can click on create a folder, but nothing happens when I do. What's wrong?
