FF sync.. too many bookmarks???

wanted to d/l FF Sync.. however...

since I have mucho-many ( thousands) of Bookmarks I've tried Xmarks in the past.. wouldn't complete the upload...program 'hung up' even with their support help... so I gave up...

now.. will FF Sync do the same with that much to upload..and more... my main concern is that I don't want to take a chance in losing all my bookmarks
