How in the heck do you reach tech support for Thunderbird? I have NEVER in my life seen a company so elusive to contacting them. I appreciate the help in here, but there are times when a forum can't help and you need the actual company to be accessible to get that help.

I am about to that point of uninstalling it and throwing it out the office window.
