Need to install Firefox ESR. If I overwrite my current version of Firefox (115.0.3), will my bookmarks, passwords, and windows and tabs all be saved? Never had an issue before with installing updates . . . but just want to be sure.

Your settings are not in the Firefox install but in a separate place https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data You could backup your Profile(s) just in case though.

Firefox 115 ESR is currently at 115.21.0esr and will be updated till Fx 115.27.0esr in August unless Mozilla extends updates for a third time.

If you hardware allows for an update to macOS 10.15 or later then you can use more current versions of Firefox.
