Hi, just to clarify the scenario, you are on a Mac and you are using this page and clicking Add to Firefox:

Normally, a little panels drops from the Extensions button (puzzle piece button) toward the right end of the main toolbar for you to confirm. Are you seeing that, or an error message there?
