Firefox extensions are only available for Firefox on desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux) and mobile version for Android.

Due to Apple's restrictions on what browser engine can be used on iOS/iPadOS the Firefox is basically a shell wrapper for Safari. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/add-ons-firefox-ios

Not sure if Mozilla has Gecko version of Firefox for iOS/iPadOS for EU users yet though as Apple is now allowing users in the EU to choose a default browser other than Safari on iOS devices,
