How do we share filtres continually when he or I create a new filtre?

Filters are separate by account. In windows file explorer, you will see a file named msgfilterrules.dat in each account. Those are all the filters for that one account. You can share with others if all content is the same. The file is a text file and can be browsed with notepad.
