I would like to monitor what websites, who he gets and sends email to and so on. He does know to delete his history right after he's done using my company. Can I still get this information even thou he has deleted it from his history? If so, how?

If the browsing history is being cleared in Firefox, your internet service provider may be able to help with websites visited.

The email service provider bring used may be able you help with your question about email traffic.

Paul, my provider has nothing to do with it or email provider. Microsoft has a kind of software that will monitor websites, emails, etc. but it's only good for their browser. Edge. I would think Mozilla has some kind of software for firefox to do this?????

You internet and email service providers handle the web and email traffic for their services. I cannot speak for any Microsoft software for this, but Mozilla is a very privacy focused organisation - we have championed private browsing modes that are not designed to retain browsing history in our software for many years - I am not aware of any Mozilla made software that would secretly log web traffic.
