This morning a technician from Dell used remote desktop control to resolve a problem with my PC (an Inspiron AIO FT7710, running on Windows 11). After that, I found that all my saved passwords to log into various on-line accounts (banking, Pandora, etc.) had disappeared. Is there any way to recover them? Thank you

Did you ask them what they did? Firefox can't diagnosis something the someone else did here. You need to ask them what were they doing.
