Seguramente cuando instalaste el WebAdvisor si instalo ese componente, seguro estaba la opción marcada por defecto , si desinstalas el programa pregunta si quieres desinstalar todos sus componentes. Si no quieres desinstalar podrías usar algún programa de limpieza como Cclenear.
