Hello, when I try to open firefox it'll load for a bit and then try to open. But when it fails it tries to open in safe mode but crashes right then and there. I have a suspicion that my firefox is blocked from opening but I don't know for what. Please help.

You can check for issues caused by a corrupted or incomplete Visual C++ installation that is missing runtime components (Redistributable Packages) required by Firefox, especially VCRUNTIME140_1.dll.
