Can you please help me with opening the attachment directly in Thunderbird? I couldn't open the email attachment received. Every time when I try to open it in Thunderbird, the downloads folder pops out without file name and no option to choose 'Save as type' either. I can download the email attachment and view it. But I do want to view it directly on Thunderbird. Thank you very much!

Hi mike, In the general options of Thunderbird preferences, make sure that the action for file and attachments are set to preview in Thunderbird.
