Firefox Preview is still under development and is not yet fully ready for release, but we are grateful for you taking your time to test the Beta version.

Further features will be included by our developers as and when they are ready

I understand that betas (previews, etc) aren't ready for general release. Even so, they should be a viable alternative to the stable release for those willing to tolerate some buggy software and implementations that might not work quite right.

Betas shouldn't leave out critical functions unless there is no intention of including those functions in the release version.

I don't use Print or Save as PDF frequently, but when I do need it I do need it and your cut & paste response didn't answer my question about why the preview doesn't include this basic function.

This feature is not included in Firefox Preview at the present time, but is something that may be included in a future update.
