Mac iOS-i have been using firefox for years. now it is not loading. i have deleted files on 'applications', but still getting message, " Close firefox. a copy of firefox is already open. Only one copy of Firefox can be open at a time." I have done a search for all copies of files on applications and finder, but there seem to none. Thanks

Try opening "Activity Monitor" and looking for firefox and closing it from there, then try reopening it
