Add a site to a new collection in FF Preview Nightly. Go to another site, try to add it to the newly created collection. The collection would not be shown and you'll be able to add another one with the same name. What you want is having the two sites within the same collection.

Hi ivo

Do you have a large number of collections in Firefox Preview?

I noticed this was happening just when I installed Preview Nightly and wanted to replicate the collections I had in Preview. Adding a third collection now worked, I was able to reuse it for the second link. Then I went back to having only one collection, and started adding to a new one... First page, create collection, second page, add to the existing one... but the newly created collection wasn't there. This seems to be related to a low number or collections and a low number of links within.

I tested a bit more. This is what seems to be happening: go to a page, add it to a new collection, then *in the same tab* go to a new page and try to add it to the same collection - the collection would not be there. It does show up when the second page was open in aits own new tab.
