the puzzles section of the times newspaper does not work with firefox, had to use safari.

I play the puzzles section on the times website, which i used to do on my ipad using firefox, but last week i could not get the puzzles section to work even though all other sections of the news worked perfectly. Now the puzzle page opens but when i select a puzzle it opens but is a blank page. I have had to use safari as the search engine, which works perfectly, but I prefer firefox. Is there a fix.

Hi kosisme, When you visit the puzzles section on the times website, does Firefox ask you to Allow Flash?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Content Blocking. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature:
