Send Later may be very clever, but it keeps sending me a repeating "can't deliver" message. I would rather eliminate the Send Later addition. How?

It might be worth looking into your Outbox to see if a message has stuck there.

In the main menu, Tools|Add-ons, or in the Application Menu, |Add-ons

…then go to Extensions, locate the Send Later add-on and disable or remove it.
