Old profile gone what do I do
The trouble shooting website on how to load an old profile doesn't work. I couldn't find what to do. I had an issue with the recent update. My bookmarks toolbar disappeared and I kept manually having to push F10 to see it. So I decided to refresh firefox. That didn't solve the problem. I did a system restore and then all my old firefox was gone. I don't know what else to do. I've lost everything.

Do you see your old profile folder on the desktop? If has been probably deleted by the Windows system restore (I thought it should not touch any of your data, but it probably does).

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?
