Why is Firefox crashing my pc. It has been my default browser for years. I uninstalled ans reinstalled but still the same thing and I want an answer in my email
I want an answer on my email address rxxxxxxxxxxxx@hotmail.com. It was working until last night but noe it will crash my pc and I even have to turn off manually. I have refreshed. deleted cookies and history. i also cant find out how to restore my bookmarks.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?

I don't understand your last post.
No one understands anything on here Thats why I am asking.What is the use of having a search engine when you cant use it and cant answers to why.
