I can't export my address book. Tried tools/export/csv, but it's empty.

I'm trying to export my address book into excel. I go to address book/tools/export. I choose csv, name the file and click on save. The result is a file with the address book headings, but no data. Can you help? Thanks! Nancy

When you export a book, make sure you are NOT on 'All Address Books', but have selected a real book to export. The 'All Address Books' is a compilation of all the entries in all of the address books. You can print 'All' but not export it.

Where do you select the personal address book before you export? I don't see that option in the address book. I only see the option to select an address book when I'm sending an email
