All the videos are jerky and choppy, sound is ok. This is only happening on fire fox, they run ok on Internet Explorer. I just updated firefox and have the latest version and it is still like that. Have cleared my history and cache several times and restarted computer several times. It just started this several days ago. All my videos ran ok before.

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers
