when i try to download Adobe flash, the installation page is completely blank. what can i do?

I went to the Adobe page, downloaded their installer to my Downloads file, and when I click on it, there is nothing but a blank installer page. The problem started when Mozilla decided Adobe flash wasn't good for it, and blocked it. If they fixed it later, they didn't fix my ability to reinstall it, (since I had removed it) And between Adobe and you guys, I get no good service that actually fixes my problem.

hi, please see if it's working with the offline installer for flash that adobe is providing at https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html (for firefox, download & run the windows exe-installer for "plugin-based" browsers)
