I attempted to update to new firefox sync. I followed instructions for step 1 to unlink devices from old sync. Then proceeded to create a firefox account by choosing Sign in to sync. After I chose Get Started, Error appeared stating that Firefox is working on it. I know nothing about computers. I wish that there was a phone number to speak to a live person.

hi, do you prohibit the saving of cookies or third-party cookies in your firefox privacy options? as far as i'm aware they'd need to be enabled for the firefox accounts signup page to function...
