My emails only showing the message for the last 2 weeks, wont show anything further back than that and each day I loose the one that go past 2 weeks, how do fix this?

Try this:

  1. Press Alt or F10 to see the menu bar
  2. Click on Tools >>Account settings... >> Synchronization & Storage
  3. In Disk space session change the period or mark the option Synchronize all messagens locally regardless of age
