How do I disable the awesome bar suggestions on Firefox android? I do not want all my bookmarks to show up as I type in URL's, but I do want the search engine function to remain. I have tried setting browser.urlbar.autocomplete.enabled to false with no success. Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks

Sorry but I don't think you can disable just the bookmark autocomplete function of the awesomebar.

I think the only thing you can do is to disable search suggestions in Firefox Menu |Customize | Search | un-check "Show search suggestions"

Perhaps there is a Firefox for Android add-on that does this but I am unaware of one: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/
