I have a laptop and recently bought a tablet. I sometimes only receive emails on the tablet and not on the laptop. This is inconvenient As I could miss emails, and also I prefer to reply to emails on the laptop. Everyone else I know seems to receive all emails on both devices, but may not have Thunderbird. I have contacted Samsung about this, and they suggested I contact you for help.

Is the account IMAP on both devices? Are you running the same anti virus on both devices?
