Hi bjc0829,

Very strange! Here's a different way to get to the auto-sync setting. Could you try it and let us know whether it works for you?

  1. In Firefox, press the menu button at the top-right
  2. Press Settings
  3. Press Sync (should be the very first option)
  4. The auto-sync checkbox should be at the top of the on the next window
