Everything worked fine before I accidentally updated. Before that, I would right click, hit Copy and then I could right click on the desktop or in a folder and hit Paste. Now the Paste option is greyed out, as if nothing was ever copied, even though I can still paste the image into paint, messenger or anywhere else. I don't want workarounds like using "Save as" every time. How do I change it back?

Hi There are image display issues with Firefox. The attached image shows a screenshot comparing the same page on Glazy.org: Chrome on the left and Firefox on the right. The image appears too dark in Firefox, making it difficult to work using that browser. Is this a bug or a setting that needs adjusting? I haven't been able to find a solution. Thanks for your help.

Title says it all, "auto resize pictures using CTRL - + does not work". Generally speaking, the size of pictures simply WILL NOT reduce in size to view its entirety. Even when the scroll-bars are used the picture is still to wide. I have searched and asked for any setting in about_config, NOTHING! I truly expected something. The ONLY STUPID WAY to view said oversize picture is Download it then view. Isn't that a HACKERS DREAM??? YES I HAVE tried looking in SETTINGS and searched for months, found nothing that actually works. So now I have to use that 4-LETTER word... HELP!

All of a sudden and without me changing any settings I can no longer get images in web pages Am using latest version of Firefox - I think- on iPhone 15. Everything else seems to be working fine. And I can see images in safari Help welcome. David

I have a small problem when saving screenshots from google AI. Almost all of the screen I rectangle is saved, but the small section which normally is printed out below the "discussion" with the AI and the enter text field suddenly appears over the other text, up circa a page and a half up from the bottom. I hope this explanation makes sense.

After years of using Firefox to access art sites, suddenly the sites no longer display all the images, leaving instead a verbal description of the art! This has happened in the last week! I am so frustrated with Firefox, I am considering switching to Safari or Chrome, as the don't have any problem downloading jpegs.

Windows 11 Pro and firefox version 152.0.6 64 bit. Facebook reply emojiis stopped working a few updates ago. I have been all over youtube and tech sites trying to resolve this issue but no luck. The emojii images do not appear inside the emojii box but mousing over the area shows the underlying response. Clicking on that invisible emojii works. Is there a way to get the emojii images back?

I'm writing a home-grown email client (Python email module, yay!), and I've received an email with a couple of images with Content-ID: fields. Sure enough, the HTML bears corresponding URLS with cid: schema. I'm unable to see some pictures in Mastodon and I don't know why.

At first I assumed it was a filter blocking "sensitive images," but I turned that off.

Then I turned off the "Show colorful gradients for hidden media" setting, and I just get black images instead.

Images have not been displaying properly. Or when they display properly, the images may go blank when scrolling past them or hovering the cursor over them. This is specifically troublesome with buttons to click on to confirm "yes" or "no", "next" or "start" where the text within those buttons is not visible. I've included a screen shot showing how some of the images appear on screen. Thank you for any suggestions you may have.

Open https://wallpaperaccess.com/full/2416436.jpg Zoom in and look very carefully and there are extra lines displayed which are not in the source image. See zoomed area on the attached image. This seems to happen on large images so presumably the image handling hassle new bug... Thanks, David

Everything image related just doesn’t seem to be loading anymore on iOS Firefox and I don’t know why, it’s worked perfectly fine in the past but one day this just happened. Does anyone know what’s going on/ how to fix this? (Also images that are on websites also don’t work)

I would like to control the animation speed of .GIF (ie on Wikipedia). I would like to stop, manual single step or play frames one per duration (ie 1 frame every 2 sec or 1 frame every .5 sec). I would also like to control whether it repeats. I would like to freeze at any point then resume playing given the above settings.

How do I do this?

PS: There may be other types of animation files which the above control could apply to as well.

WELL BEFORE BROWSING AND SAY LOOKING AT IMAGES OF SAY THE BEATLES. I WANT TO SEE ONE PHOTO SO I LEFT CLICK. ALL IT DOES IS GO BACK TO ORIGINAL SCREEN. WHEREAS FOR YEARS THE PHOTO WOULD POP UP. THAT'S MY ISSUE?

I Admin from Community marvin-und-lisa.de Several users have complained that they can no longer play certain games in my community, because the images can no longer be loaded; instead of the image itself, the HTTPS address of the image appears.

On any website i've tried (this site, artfight, bsky) using a cropping tool that the website provides for image uploads causes the image to corrupt and become blank. My profile image at the moment is an example of this, i tried to upload a picture and it got replaced by a blank black image because it required cropping
