I cannot get Thunderbird to launch. It acts like it is stuck on perhaps one account and circles keep spinning as if it never can get a few of my tabbed emails open. It keeps saying it "isn't responding." Since this began happening a few days ago, I've stopped the Thunderbird task through Task Manager, I've shutdown and restarted my whole system multiple times, I've updated to the latest Windows platform and made sure my drivers were all up to date... I can't update my thunderbird (if required) because I can't get in in the first place. I have hundreds of emails in multiple accounts under my current Thunderbird. I can't afford to lose all that history. I don't know which version I'm using because, again, I can't get the desktop app to launch. What do I do?

My email on Thunderbird no longer loads on my laptop. It's fine on my desktop. It just stays a blank screen. "No message found" it says. I have to shut it down and when I do it says "Thunderbird is not responding." Can you give me a step-by-step on how to fix this?

Hello, I sent my new Asus laptop back for repair (via Curry's) as it had lost all sound. When it was returned they had stripped it down including removing my Firefox browser. I have reinstalled the Firefox browser, but everything I try to look at or click on just crashes (Gah! tab has crashed) and cannot be restored. So, apart from reporting this problem here now, I have been unable to access any website or page using the Firefox browser. I am not very tech savvy, so I would appreciate an answer that doesn't assume I have lots of prior technical knowledge (please spell it out for the technophobe!). Thank you to whoever can tell me what I have done wrong, or still need to do to fix this. Helen.

I’ve tried restarting my phone, closing everything out, updating my phone etc, and the crashing keeps happening. It occurs on different webpages, in different places etc, and I can’t figure out how to stop it. It only started after I downloaded the latest update.

I use Thunderbird for Android, version 24.0. It downloads emails and attachments just fine, but whenever I try to use it for more than about three minutes, it will crash and say "Thunderbird is not responding", and I get sent back to the main screen.

I have Android version 16, One UI 8.5. How can I share my logs with you? Thanks.

Lately Firefox keeps crashing on my iPhone, iOS 26.6.2

When I re-open it, all my open tabs reappear but all data entries on the webpage I was last on are gone.

This is only happening on my iPhone, not other devices.

Ever since the most recent update the app keeps crashing and also causes my phone to heat up and use more battery. This never happened until recently. I’m the type to have a lot of tabs open on my phone but it’s always been fine until now.

After 5 minutes of the app being open on my IPhone firefox just closes and I get sent to the homescreen I've tried reinstalling, clearing the cache, logging out of my Mozilla account, everything and it just keeps closing. It's really annoying because whenever I reopen the browser my tab refreshes and I lose all the progress on what I was doing.

My iphone Firefox browser app keeps crashing. I have updated the app to latest 158.1, including now having latest operating system on iPhone 16 27.0.1 but still just crashes without any notice.

I use YouTube to listen to sleep storms on my phone when I sleep. For some reason, in the last few months or so, the browser window has just closed on its own about 30 minutes in. I thought it was YouTube at first, but every time, the browser has closed on my phone. Is there a way I can stop that from happening?

I have/had two different problems with the same results. In the first case I get the login window. I enter the password hit return and that window goes away and some times you can scroll to different opened emails before it says "Not Responding". The only action that works is to exit the app. Usually after a few days or weeks it will start working and does so for a few days or weeks. Lately the login window does not appear when the app opens and it displays the "Not Responding" message. It shows that it is "Loading Message". I have tried all of the options from the troubleshooting window and reinstalled Thunderbird with no change in response> Where do I go from here?

Apparently, there must be a flaw with Mozilla Account where it relates to being logged in and the browser crashing within 2 minutes of use. WHENCi'm logged into my Mozilla Account to sync bookmarks, etc., the browser crashes within about 2 minutes of browsing after the fact. I know about there being some issue with Java causing the issue, (see prior questions posed in this forum), but it's getting pretty dawned annoying. Ai have to LOG OUT of the Mozilla Account to be able to use the browser.

This mainly occurs on a Samsung Galaxy Tab running the latest version of Android and Samsung's One UI. this is still occurring despite updating to the current Android version of the browser. I'm attaching a screenshot of the most recent crashes that Haven't experienced for review.

Can someone please look into this issue? If a solution can be found, can it be pushed out automatically?
