Sorry, the only web browser that can be installed on a PS3 is the defualt one, which i agree sucks.

It is not installed on PS3 but comes with it's firmware.
The only way to get Firefox on PS3 was to install a compatible Linux distro and then use Firefox that way. However Sony removed this option in the PS3 Firmware (v3.21) Update when they disabled the “Install Other OS” feature which annoyed a lot of people whether they even used this feature or not.
