can't log into addons.mozilla.org

In order to recover my favorite personas, I'm trying to log into addons.mozilla.org with my Personas account. I didn't remember my password, so I had it reset via email. I successfully changed my password, but when I tried to use that email and password to log in I got an oops error message (general error, not that the user name or password didn't work).

I am successfully logged in using my other addons user name and email address, so I could ask this question, so obviously the browser/cookies/cache are working, just not the other login.

Now what?

Thanks. At the bottom of the addons pages there was no link for addons support, just Firefox support. Not even the homepage has a link for addon support that I could find. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/

Now I can't log into the addons support because it wants my user name, but I don't have one and there is no user name recovery option. I reset my password, but the email didn't tell me my user name.

I'm in Mozilla hell.
